its good to have things settled and under control @ home. makes it possible to let go, get my fingers messy with paper & paste & get creating again. janine @ scrapbook station put a little kit together for me to have a play with and i put together this little paper patchwork mini album. here's a little pic...
its not even ready to go in store yet [because i am still writing the instructions!!] and i know there's not many kits but if you want one, email me and i'll get your contact details to janine to reserve one for you.
tried to get some pics of the kids today but a bit difficult. the twins will be turning one in 6 weeks [omg, cannot believe that!!!!] and i want a photo on their birthday invite. chels can't really sit very well on her own so it took a lot of shots to prop her, quickly sit my 'wandering off crawling amelia' back 'in the zone' and then make crazy faces trying to get them both to look at me with a semi-normal face while i reeled off on continuous shoot mode, yelping and squealing before they decided i'm completely mad and start either falling over, eating their feet or about to jump off the bed. i had jeff's help for a few minutes but he couldn't grasp standing directly behind me & crouching down at the right level so the babies would look in my direction, so it just didn't work well for me today.
charlotte loved to pose and seemed to have all the moves today. georgia on the other hand burst into tears and begged me not to photograph her. in the end i had to sing christmas songs whilst doing 'funny dancing' and shoot all at the same time. i got 1/3 of a smile, that's all she could manage. have i used up all my photography credits with her already? surely not, she's only 3!!!!!!
here's my not so good results... [been messing with effects...so intentionally 'soft']
