I've missed a couple of scheduling posts recently as I've just had lots on but I recognise they are quite useful to me, to get myself ready the week ahead & reflect on how the previous week has been.
I'm still trying to implement some of the changes the naturopath suggested for me. There's some that I've found challenging and other parts easy to take on board. Its all about being organised of course.
I tried a new seedy muesli this past week, along with vanilla bean Fruche. I am not wild on milk and I really don't like yoghurt so I thought I'd try it with Fruche. Pretty nice and all within a good calorie limit. Next time I might try it with Yakult. Maybe I will run that past my naturopath. I have an appointment coming up.
For this week, I'm concentrating on water intake & exercise.
Apart from working on good habits, I have a few family things on.
I baked with the twins this morning. Tomorrow we are having drawing club [me & twins] and we are also going to do some writing with the twins this week too.
I need to catch up on my Instagram photo challenges as I've fallen behind.
I also have to do some fun making for the next round of swaps with my arty/crafty/Blythe twitter friends!
I think thats it really. No doubt it'll be the weekend before I know it!
