Yesiree I surely did!
It was for my little cousin [actually I think she might be taller than me now] who recently turned 18 [man, how quick? I still recall the day she was born!] for her birthday scrapbook.
My Aunty asked friends and family to do a page, scrapbook it, write a letter, a poem, write some advice, add a photo, whatever... and she compiled all the pages into a birthday scrapbook album for her. How lovely is that?
So here is my 6x6" page with stitched napkin background, doily & photo envelope with tag. A bit of frayed muslin bow dripping & some teeny flowers. Its nice to touch though with the soft napkin heavily texturd with free motion machine stitching.
Very simple.
This is a photo of my cousin when she was very little. She was one of my flowers girls at our wedding and I have always loved the photo of her. Angelic with her blonde curly hair, beautiful cherub face, standing in a huge pile of dried rose petals. LOVE.
So there you go. I have no plans to get cracking with any more scrapbooking any time soon. But I did love creating the page.
My poor unscrapped Buddy will just have to wait until his 18th or 21st before I get the urge again I think!
