omg!!!!!!!!!!!! after having it sit in its lovely package for months, yes months, we finally unpacked it this week and starting 'training'!!! it is so fantastic! i have done 3 training sessions of 30 minutes or more this week and i am really loving it. ordinarily, i absolutely hate exercise so for me actually enjoy something like this, well it must be good.
its perfect for me as i can't even get out the house with the kids. the big girls are too young to trust walking [2 & 3] and i cannot push 2 double prams. wii fit is just so easy and enjoyable. straight after breakfast and before the girls bathtime, i am getting stuck into it. no need for cool looking 'gear' or feeling awkward in a class. its the best invention ever.
the twins sit in their highchairs & watch me, they think its hilarious. the big girls either watch me & cheer from the sidelines ['go mummy', 'great job mummy' and 'yes, you did it mummy'!] or they join in too.
they like to take step class with me and sometimes do hula hoops. they tell me what exercises they want me to do next too. very cute. i absolutely love the skiing and ski jumping and really enjoying the step classes too. although i detest it, i've even been making myself do the short jog to jump start the session and then i move on to the more fun stuff. every exercise is just a minute or two long so there's lots of variety.
have i talked it up enough? so so good. lets hope i can keep it going!
nb. my hula hoop score up above [for those in the know] is totally crap i know, but i was trying to take half decent pics whilst keeping my hoops up!! just love those step classes too, with the whole audience clapping & cheering you on!
